Central-Carroll Wins Top Honors

Central-Carroll Wins Top Honors Congratulations to the Central-Carroll Marching Pride for their award winning performance at the Heart of Georgia Invitational in Warner Robins. The Pride earned ALL superior ratings in ALL possible categories and 1st place honors in Class 5A Competition for Drum Major, Color Guard, Percussion and overall Band. The Pride also earned the overall championships on the day for Drum Major, Color Guard, Music, Marching, and Overall Effect, which then earned the Band the overall Grand Championship of the entire contest with a score of 97.5. This is the 27th Grand Championship the Marching Pride has earned in the past 14 years and their 2nd for this season. Congratulations to all the students for this wonderful accomplishment! We are very proud of you!!!
Congratulations to High School Band members Morgan Driskell and Anna Maddox and Middle School Band member Chris Lewis for being selected to the Georgia Music Educator's Association All-State Band!  We are very proud of you!!!
