Central Carroll HS Submits to "The Force of Gravity"

Central Carroll High School Performance Ensemble will be making their third appearance that The WGI World Championships this year competing in the Scholastic A Class. Their 2009 Program entitled, “The Force of Gravity”, is based on music by vocalist, Sara Bareilles.
At some point in life everyone experiences the force that sometimes draws them to another person that is not necessarily good for them, whether it is in love or life. No matter how hard we try to pull ourselves up and resist the force, sometimes we grow weak and get pulled down time and time again by the gravity that brings us back to the ground. The 10 young men and women from Central High School may be small in number, but huge in heart and drive for their sport.
The Central Carroll Performance Ensemble will be competing in the Pensacola Regional and the Atlanta Power Regional. They are a member of the Southern Association for Performing Arts. The unit is under the direction of Phillip Berryhill. The program design is by Rodney Bailey and Phillip Berryhill. Staff includes: Brandon Landry, Johnathan Davis, Brian Willis, and Detrick Tilley Hall. The color guard is sponsored by the Central Carroll High School Band Boosters, Inc.
